Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory.
  • The video must clearly show the package being opened from the beginning without any cuts or edits.
  • Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

Wrong Product

If we send the wrong product, we will replace it or provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered

Refund

If the return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

If the damage cannot be verified or the required evidence is not provided, the refund request may be declined.
